I am returning customer and will continue to be. I definitely recommend your company. There may be a better place to voice concerns, I don’t know it. Wish you would pick out the older drier pieces. There’s been a few in each of my three orders. My small pup won’t eat them. And you should be getting money back from your carrier. They turned two day shipping into three day shipping with no explanation.
